These terms cover what Marsh Call does, what is yours, and what to keep in mind while playing. Please read the sections on borrowing guns, your save data, and acceptable use.

What the app is

A single-player 3D duck shooting game: you hold one fixed gunning station while ducks fly real arcs past four hunting grounds - reed marsh, open lake, mangrove shore and a far snow ridge - across 36 levels with a full day of light and weather in each. The game is free, needs no account, and the current version has no in-app purchases or subscriptions.

Playing, scoring and borrowing guns

Levels unlock in order; bagging two thirds of a level's flock clears it, and the score milestones above that carry the stars. Combos, accuracy and achievements are recorded on the device.

The Hi-Power is yours from level one and can clear every level. The AK-47 and the SPAS-12 are optional extras: tap their chip in the weapon panel to borrow one. On iOS the gun is handed over on the tap; on Android a short video ad served by an ad network plays first and the gun arrives only if you watch it through. Either way the borrowed gun carries its ammo into the next level and disappears when that ammo runs out. No purchase is ever needed to finish the game, and never borrowing a gun costs you nothing.

Your save data

Progress, settings and achievements live in the app's sandbox on your device. There is no server copy: the developer cannot look up, restore, merge or delete your save for you. Reinstalling the app, erasing the device or restoring from an Apple backup decides what survives - that is Apple's machinery, not ours.

Cards you generate from unlocked achievements are yours; you choose whether and where to share them, and you are responsible for where they go once they leave the system share sheet.

Acceptable use

Use the app within the law. Do not decompile, extract or redistribute the app's artwork, 3D models, audio or code as a stand-alone asset pack, do not resell or repackage the app, and do not tamper with stored data to forge share cards presented as real results. Nothing in this clause limits what the third-party components listed under "Third-party components" in our Privacy Policy permit under their own licences.

The hunt in this game is a stylised shooting gallery: cartoon-physics ducks, no gore, and no depiction of or instruction for real-world hunting. Nothing in the app should be taken as hunting, firearms or wildlife advice.

Licence

Subject to these terms and to Apple's App Store Terms of Service, you get a personal, non-transferable, revocable licence to install and use the app on Apple devices you legally control. No title in the software or its assets transfers to you; third-party components keep their own open-source licences, listed in the privacy policy.

Disclaimers and liability

The app is provided as it is. It depends on iOS, device capability and the graphics and motion hardware it uses; system updates, storage pressure or unusual hardware can affect how it runs. We do not warrant that it will run without error on every device or every iOS version. This does not affect mandatory statutory rights, and nothing here excludes liability that applicable law does not allow to be excluded.

Changes and ending use

Features may change between versions; a change that materially affects how you play will be described in the release notes. No update to these terms turns a free feature into a paid one by itself. You may stop using the app at any time and delete it along with the save data on your device; deleting the app does not remove copies of share cards you already sent elsewhere.

If something is wrong, contact the developer first - the address is on the privacy policy page linked from the App Store listing. Nothing in these terms asks you to give up consumer protections or the jurisdiction of a court that would otherwise hear your claim.

Which terms apply where

These terms describe how the app may be used. They do not replace Apple's standard licence for app delivery, and they do not override the privacy policy - see the Privacy Policy for how data is handled.
