01What this covers

Downloading and playing Fruit Fizz means you accept these terms. If you do not, uninstall it — nothing else is required.

These terms cover the game itself. Google Play's terms of service, the terms of Google's advertising services, and the Google Play Games terms apply to their own parts of the chain.

02Free to play, and the one ad

The game is entirely free: no in-app purchases, no subscription, no paid unlocks.

Each level starts with one free hint; once it is used, the hint button offers an optional rewarded video that grants 5 more hints for that attempt. When a level ends without a win, a second optional rewarded video offers 5 more moves. Each entry does not appear when no ad is available, or when that entry has already been used once this attempt.

Skipping it costs you nothing. Every level is passable within its stated moves, all 256 are playable, and stars are recorded the same either way. The video is a safety net, not a gate.

03Your progress is yours

Stars, unlocks and settings live in the app's private directory on your device. Nothing is uploaded or synced.

Uninstalling removes that data along with the app, and we cannot restore it, because we hold no copy. Do not count on progress moving to a new device by itself.

If you sign in to Google Play Games, your total stars and achievements sync to Play Games, and a public leaderboard shows your Play Games nickname and total stars. This is optional: skipping sign-in costs you nothing, and your actual save file still lives only on this device.

The package does include Google's usage analytics and crash reporting. What they send is integers — level numbers, stars — plus a crash stack trace; never the board or your save file. The field list, when consent applies and how to ask for deletion are all in the Privacy Policy.

04Acceptable use

You are free to play, record and share gameplay footage.

Please do not: decompile the package and redistribute it; publish the game or its assets as your own product; use automation to farm ad rewards, achievements or leaderboard scores; or use the app in ways that break Google Play policy.

05Licence

You are granted a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to install and play the game on devices you own.

The art, code, level design and text belong to the developer. Pieces, UI and sounds are generated by code; the only image in the package is the launcher icon.

06Warranty and liability

The game is provided as is. We work to keep the rules correct and your progress intact, but we do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation.

Progress lost to device failure, an OS upgrade, accidental uninstalling or cleared data cannot be recovered by us.

To the fullest extent permitted by law we are not liable for indirect losses. This clause does not exclude rights that the law of your country makes non-excludable.

07Changes and stopping

We may update the game's content or these terms. Material changes to rights or obligations are described when a new version ships.

This version (1.5) adds optional Google Play Games sign-in, 12 achievements and a total-stars leaderboard; without signing in none of those features exist, and the game plays exactly as before.

You may stop using the app and uninstall it at any time, without telling us.
