This Privacy Policy applies to "AI Voice Assistant" (the "App").

1. Information We Collect

The App is designed to be local-first and to collect as little data as possible. By default, the App does not create accounts or upload your speech content to our servers.

The App may process the following data locally on your device:

• Audio recordings
• Speech transcription text
• Summaries, to-dos, and schedule details you edit or confirm manually
• History stored in the local database
• Event information written to the system calendar if you choose to save it there

2. How We Use Data

The App uses data only for the following purposes:

• Converting speech to text
• Extracting summaries, to-dos, and schedule suggestions from text
• Saving confirmed content to the local database
• Writing to the system calendar after your explicit authorization

3. Data Transfer

Under the default usage flow, the App does not require uploads to our own servers.

If you use system-provided speech recognition, calendar capabilities, or other system services, those operations may be handled by the operating system. Such processing is governed by Apple's permissions and privacy rules.

4. Third-Party Sharing

We do not sell your data.

The App does not use ad SDKs, analytics SDKs, or third-party account systems by default.

5. Permissions

The App may request the following permissions:

• Microphone: to record audio
• Speech Recognition: to convert speech to text
• Calendar: to save confirmed schedules into the system calendar

If you deny these permissions, the App can still retain local text content and history, but some features will be limited.

6. Data Storage

The App stores confirmed content in a local database on your device. Data remains on the device unless you delete the App or clear local data.

7. Deleting Data

You can delete data by:

• Removing history inside the App
• Deleting the App to clear local storage
• Manually deleting events you previously wrote to the system calendar

8. Children's Privacy

The App is intended for general users and is not primarily directed at children. If you believe the App has collected data from a minor, please contact the developer.

9. Policy Updates

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The updated version will be shown inside the App or on the support page.
