Offline play & review
Opening, middlegame, endgame — the engine runs on the device in your hand, and when the game is over it takes the moves apart for you.
Casual, amateur or master; take Red and move first, or answer as Black. The rule core was written from scratch — the blocked horse-leg, the blocked elephant eye, the cannon that needs a mount, the two generals who may not face each other, perpetual check losing, threefold repetition and sixty moves without a capture. Each one is enforced exactly, not approximated.
Pass-and-play loads no engine at all: hand the phone over and take turns. An illegal move is refused on the spot, and once a piece is selected every square it may reach is marked.
As soon as a game ends you get the full move list with a grade against each move, an accuracy figure for both sides and a win-rate curve across the game. That part stays free and is never moved behind an ad.
The deep review — which move this position actually called for, and why — sits in front of one rewarded video. Watch it and the game is unlocked; the record stays on your device, so the same game never asks twice. If no video is available at that moment, the entry says so and you can try again later.
The advice lines are assembled from rule and template tables shipped in the package, generated on the device — no large language model, no cloud API. All three interface languages carry their own template set, and an old game's commentary switches with the language.
Autosave, resume after the app is killed, the last fifty games in the archive. Replay them, export an .xq file, copy a plain-text share code to a friend, or export the review as a text file. The interface comes in Simplified Chinese, Traditional Chinese and English.
For anyone who wants to know what that last move actually cost them.
